Yes. CPU, RAM and storage can be rescaled from the panel or API in a couple of clicks. No reinstall or IP change needed.
L3–L7 filtering is always on for every plan at no extra cost. On Max you also get snapshot backups bundled in.
Bank cards, SBP and cryptocurrency. Invoices are issued automatically 5 days before the end of the billing period.
Unused balance can be refunded to the original payment method within 30 days. Hourly-billed resources already consumed are not refundable.
